Policies & Practical Info

Welcome! Here’s everything you need to know about how enrolment at Little Echoes works, what to expect in class, and the practical details that help things run smoothly. If you ever have a question, please just get in touch - I’m always happy to help.

Enrolment & Fees

• Classes run on an ongoing monthly basis at £46 a month
• Your child’s place is secure until you let us know if you need to withdraw (notice required)
• We run 12 themed 4-week units across the year, with fresh music and activities each month
• Classes continue through most school holidays, with short breaks at Christmas and in the summer (starting mid-August) 
• No materials or registration fees - everything is included
• Payments are processed on the 1st of each month via debit or credit card
• If you join mid-month, your fee will be prorated based on the number of classes remaining that month

Trial Classes

Not sure yet? You’re very welcome to try a class before enrolling. Trial sessions are £9 and give you a full 45-minute experience of what Little Echoes is all about.

Class Format

• Each class is 45 minutes long
• Grown-ups are active participants - your presence supports your child’s learning and connection
• Classes are designed to be engaging, responsive, and developmentally supportive
• Foundations, Level 1, and Level 2 are full parent–child sessions
• Levels 3 and 4 (coming soon) include 30 minutes of child-only time followed by 15 minutes of sharing time with grown-ups

Kindermusik App Access

The Kindermusik app brings the music, stories, and activities from class into your everyday routine. Once enrolled, you’ll unlock exclusive content from your current unit to support your child’s development between sessions.

The app is free to download and included in your 

monthly fee. It’s available on both iOS and Android.

Siblings & Discounts

• Families enrolling more than one child will receive £10 off per sibling per month
• Babies under 6 months attending with an older enrolled sibling may come for free until ready to join their own class, by which point the monthly fee will incur

Attendance & Illness

Consistency helps children feel confident and secure. Regular attendance supports learning, connection, and familiarity with the songs and routines.

If your child is unwell (fever, vomiting, contagious illness, or generally under the weather), please keep them at home to rest and recover.

There is no refund for missed classes.

Withdrawing from Classes

If you need to stop attending, please give at least 4 weeks’ notice. This allows us to manage class sizes and offer the space to a family on the waitlist.

Please note that missed classes are not refundable.

Photo and video policy

At Little Echoes, we may occasionally take photos and short video clips during class to use in our marketing, including on our website, social media and printed materials. 

You will always be asked to give consent before any images or footage of you or your child are used publicly.

• You are never obliged to give consent
• You can change your consent status at any time
• If consent is not given, we will ensure you and your child are not included in any marketing images
   

Photos are typically taken in a low-key, non-disruptive way. If you'd prefer not to be included, we completely understand and will always respect your choice.

We take all reasonable steps to ensure that no personal data is used without your clear permission, and that any media is stored and used securely in line with GDPR.
